Fleetwood Beach Wheelchairs is a volunteer-led charity that provides specially designed beach wheelchairs. These chairs glide over sand and even into shallow water, making it possible for everyone to enjoy the shoreline. It’s a unique and award-winning service right on the Fylde Coast… and one not to be missed if you’re heading to the coast with someone who might struggle along this terrain!

  • Safety features like lap belts and optional chest harnesses
  • A MoLift Mover 205 hoist for safe transfers (bring your own sling)

  • A friendly team of volunteers ready to help with setup and safety advice
